Our Garden

           Taken as an excerpt from Roger Mason's
                 "The Supplements you Need"
There are only 13 vitamins, and there is an RDA set for all of them.

Vitamins: RDA Amount:
1.) Vitamin A 5,000 IU
2.) Vitamin B-1 1.5 mg
3.) Vitamin B-2 1.7 mg
4.) Niacin or niacinamide 20 mg
5.) Vitamin B-5 or pantothenic acid 10 mg
6.) Vitamin B-6 2 mg   Do not take overdoses of this as it is commonly sold in 50 & 100 mg doses.
7.) Vitamin B-12 2.5 mcg
8.) Vitamin C 30 mg but 200 IU of natural mixed tocopherols is advised.
9.) Vitamin D 400 IU
10.) Vitamin E 30 IU but 200 IU of natural mixed tocopherols is advised.
11.) Vitamin K 60 mcg
12.) Folic Acid 400 mcg
13.) Biotin 300 mcg
