There are only 13 vitamins, and there is an RDA set for all of them.
|1.)||Vitamin A||5,000 IU|
|2.)||Vitamin B-1||1.5 mg|
|3.)||Vitamin B-2||1.7 mg|
|4.)||Niacin or niacinamide||20 mg|
|5.)||Vitamin B-5 or pantothenic acid||10 mg|
|6.)||Vitamin B-6||2 mg Do not take overdoses of this as it is commonly sold in 50 & 100 mg doses.|
|7.)||Vitamin B-12||2.5 mcg|
|8.)||Vitamin C||30 mg but 200 IU of natural mixed tocopherols is advised.|
|9.)||Vitamin D||400 IU|
|10.)||Vitamin E||30 IU but 200 IU of natural mixed tocopherols is advised.|
|11.)||Vitamin K||60 mcg|
|12.)||Folic Acid||400 mcg|
